Dear Readers, My name is Gloria Lavond Craft Ramsey. I was born in 1951, in between that time and now, I got married and had 2 beautiful daughters. Their names are Chassidy Lavond Howard, Myra Oneida Howard Hancock. I have 3 grandbabies. Myself and their biological donor got divorced, and I got the girls. In August 4, 1995, I married Joe Ramsey. On December 1st 2006, our beautiful Chassidy went home to be with our good Lord. Because of her leaving is why I wrote this book. I want every one to see that if you were born in Appalachia you do not need to be dirty or unlearned. You can be anything you want to be with a good education and attitude.
