This little girl, Chelsea is determined to take the kitten home. She does not want to leave it at the rest stop. Her dad tells her that it belongs to everybody who visits the rest stop.

About the Author

Mattie Watkins was born and educated in Arkansas. She has lived in North Dakota and California. Mattie is a retired elementary school teacher. She has 7 grandchildren of which Chelsea is one. Mattie intends to publish a children’s book for each one of them- starting with Chelsea.
