This collection of poems honors the Everyday: a mother's birthday, a grandparent's passing, a broken heart, the students she advocates for and supports in their own artistic quests.

About the Author

Poet, actress, drama coach and educator Agnolia B. Gay teaches at Little Rock's historic Central High School. She honed her skills in community theater in Los Angeles and on stages throughout her home state of Arkansas, the South and the Midwest. Her love of poetry is rooted in stories she first heard as a little girl at her family's table. In particular, her spoken word performances aim to touch, motivate and inspire audiences of all ages.
