About the Book

The little lion is happy in the zoo with his mom and dad. When they are taken away to perform in the circus he must find a way to join them. He gets this help from a young boy who has been to the circus and agrees to help if he can somehow get him out of his cage.

About the Author

The author retired after 35 years teaching high school in Illinois was born in Milwaukee, WI on July 14, 1933. He attended school in Illinois and is now enjoying retirement in Illinois and Wisconsin. Married for 53 years he has seven children and 16 grandchildren. He composed the “CRY’N LION” story while driving on Route 66 to Illinois State University where he was pursuing an advanced degree in Education.
