About the Book
It Couldn't Be The Measles is a story of a big animal and an even bigger problem. When an owner discovers his pet elephant has polka dots, he goes to enormous lengths to have him treated. After all, "It's hard to keep an elephant, especially when it's sick".
From the doctor to the fire department, from the local citizens to the Mayor, all are affected by this "polka dot mishap." The story is as lively as its inhabitants and the ending is equally as delightful.
