Always advocate and prepare ahead of time for the things that you love or want to try. We do not have to stop our lives because of chronic Illness or pain. We can continue to live a life that is full and wonderful. The only thing standing in your way is you.
About the Author
I served in the United States Army as a combat medic from 1986 – 1994. When I exited out of the army l continued my medical career until 2003, when I had a very unfortunate event. Since that time I have experienced the health care system from the patients side of things. But I have learned to live with the disabilities I now have and am able to help those that do not understand the system.
