About the Book

A butterfly born is a journey of metamorphosis. This wisdom-packed collection is drawn from the writer’s private journaling and detailed account of struggles and important themes and lessons that surfaced through a difficult period. A butterfly born is symbolic. It represents perspective shifts, reinvention, and awareness of the deeper meaning of our experiences. A butterfly born identifies with a lot of the common issues that prevents us from living an authentic life. As you read this, you will find yourself questioning your intentions, examining your motives and realigning your thinking to make way for new constructions and a release in your spirit. Important reminders like having a gratitude spirit and being passionate with you are powerful and allows the reader to ponder and appreciate being in a space that allows change, sifts and evolution to be possible. This book is inspirational, practical, and mind provoking and may be useful to all who desire to morph out of their caterpillar state into their butterfly, free to roam. It speaks to the freedom that comes with awareness and urges one to identify with his/her awareness rather than just the thoughts, feelings, and vibrations that passes through it. Step toward freeing yourself.
