Protection in the storm Isn’t it good to know on the journey as we go through the storms of life that there is protection in the storm? On my journey it seems that either I am going thru a storm, just got out of a storm, or, I am preparing to go thru a storm. What I didn’t know or understand was that I had protection in the storm. I had surmised this to be a fact but I am certain of it now. There have been constant manifestations of grace that had gone previously undetected. People, places, and unlikely situations have always been the safe harbor in the time of storms in my life. Please take a moment right now, look back and I believe you will be able to realize that you too have had protection in the storm. The journey continues and the protection stays constant. This is a good time to just say, thank you for protection in the storm! Acts 27 22 And now I urge you to take heart, for there will be no loss of life among you, but only of the ship. 23 For there stood by me this night an angel of the God to whom I belong and whom I serve, 24 saying, ‘Do not be afraid, Paul; you must be brought before Caesar; and indeed God has granted you all those who sail with you.’ 25 Therefore take heart, men, for I believe God that it will be just as it was told me. 26 However, we must run aground on a certain island.”
