About the Author

John Brice Terrill, II is a graduate of Concordia Lutheran College, Austin, A. B .A.; Mission Training Academy, San Antonio, Texas, A. B. S. He has worked for American District Telegraph; Southwestern Bell; The U.S. Coast Guard, Law Enforcement and Port Security, Group, Corpus Christi, Texas. His awards are “The Ring”; numerous achievements from Southwestern Bell Telephone; from the U. S. Coast Guard; U. S. Coast Guard Reserve and Coast Guard Auxiliary; Secretary of Transportation Gold Medal, Commandants Letter of Commendation (twice), Auxiliary Certificate of Appreciation; numerous other medals; from the Tallahatchie County Correctional Facility, Employee of the Year. John Brice Terrill, II is a member of The Scottish Society; The San Antonio Pipes and Drums, Telephone Pioneers; Germania Farmers Verine ( German Farmers Assoc.), Texas Sheriff’s Assoc.; Fraternal Order of Police and Fleet Reserve Assoc. He has lived in San Antonio; in Bulverde, Comal County, Texas; Western Caroline Islands, Northern Mariana Islands; far parts of the Pacific Ocean; Sand Island, Hawaii; San Francisco, New York City, New Orleans, Mobile, Alabama; Corpus Christi, Texas.
