About the Author

Angela Brent-Harris is a First Grade teacher in Boca Raton, Florida. She grew up in Montego Bay, Jamaica. She wrote her first book, Sweet Jamaican Summertime at Grandma’s, as a tribute to her Grandma, because of her unforgettable childhood memories of her summertime at her Grandma’s. Angela’s Grandma was the biggest influence of her creatively. Her Grandma was an amazing cook. She taught Angela how to cook, the importance of laughter, peace, and being respectful to all living creatures. Angela is passionate about family, her two wonderful sons, and making a difference in the lives of children.
