About the Book
In his first book, Dissolve into Evolving, Gary Watson takes us into our character flaws that block us from living healthy, happy and spiritually fit lives. Take time to breathe in and feel what you encounter upon your path for this is time to be with the gentle Father. Breathe out all of your fears as the winds of change shifts. About the author In 1987, Gary Watson began a spiritual journey that would become a complete reconstruction of his life. In his very simple way, he shares with us the obstacles, which stand in our way of leading fruitful and happy productive living. He brings to us a message that we come to understand, we cannot” think our way into spiritual living” but rather we “live ourselves into spiritual thinking”. He shows us directly, what we must give up in our old life in order for a new life to be born. He shares with us how the “seven deadly sins” network in our minds and how to release them from ourselves. He also helps us to see the discord, danger of living in self-will, and the comfort and harmony of living in God’s will. He speaks to us in a tone of friendship and self- acceptance that reaches out to us all on a personal level.
