About the Book

Nyx is an all powerful Goddess. As the last of Chaos' children, her power is far above any other. But, she has found herself with two problems as of late. The first being one that has plagued her for some centuries. Erebus, the God of Darkness, has placed a curse on her. Whatever command he spews, her body carries it out. Even at her best, she can only struggle. Then comes her second problem, a tall warrior whose origins are feared. Anicetus, one of nine original Titans, has the power to free Nyx. Strangely, he wants to help her.

Anicetus has no understanding of the world he is now a part of. Nor does he understand what he truly is. The only thing he does understand, is Nyx's wish. As much as she does, he wants all to fear her power once again. And he will do all within his power to make that happen. Even go to war with Olympus.

About the Author

Courtland Truss was born and raised in the Chicago-land area. In my youth, I never stayed in one place for long. That made it difficult to make, and keep friends. At the age of ten, writing became my very dear companion. It made my loneliness bearable. As the years went by, my writing changed from being simple toilet humor. I became more focused, more in tuned with what I wanted to do. It all became more controlled, much unlike my personality. Now, I work part time at a small mom and pop pizzeria in Glenwood, IL. I currently live with a friend and her family in Harvey, IL. I never let my past get me down. In truth, I use it to empower my writing.
