About the Book

With technology being a big part of our lives Deborah believes it is important to have conversations with children about what is appropriate when using technology. This book is a story about how texting can get out of control and lead to cyberbullying. It includes helpful tips to share with children and a list of discussion questions all related to bullying and cyberbullying.

About the Author

Deborah Engen lives in McFarland, Wisconsin. She has two children, a husband and a dog. Deborah received her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and her master’s in Curriculum and Instruction both from UW Madison. Deborah also has a nursing degree and a counseling degree. She has taught elementary school for 30 years and graduate classes for the past 22 years. She has seen a lot of children go through difficult experiences and she wanted to share some helpful tips on how children can cope in different situations. Deborah’s first published book was entitled Annabelle’s Anxiety.
