In 1981 a number of people went missing from the Asheville, NC area. Most were drug dealers and prostitutes, the people the police wold not spend much time hunting down. A tip led police to the Ore Knob County Mineand the Death Dangler was the only one able to solve the case.

About the Author

Susan Stowell Bowmer is a graduate of Indiana University with a major in journalism. She has written many novels and was a newspaper and magazine journalist for about twenty years. She finds inspiration in everyday life. "Stories and books are everywhere you look," she says. "You just have to look."
