About the Book

LITTLE GREY BIRD’S CHOICE is narrated by a young bird that is tired of flying and bored with his life in general. He is looking for a different way to get from point A to point B, so he takes a ride on the roof of a car for a cross country trip. When all the fun is over, he realizes he must make an important decision. Should he relinquish his wings and find a new way to travel? Little Grey Bird calls upon his mentor, Big Boss Bird, for advice but does not get the answers he wanted to hear. Soon he is faced with a life altering decision.

About the Author

One of Jean Smidt's favorite pastimes is traveling. When she and her husband retired, they traveled by car, across the country. They visited or spent time in every state except Hawaii and and Alaska, but that is still on their agenda. This is the second book written by Jean. The first book is titled "Little Grey Bird's Choice." She resides in West Milford, New Jersey with her family.
