About the Book

This is the story of a kitten, rescued by a man (former fi re chief/now farmer) who, while working in the hay fi elds of Oklhoma, found her and gave her a chance of life on a farm.The kitten is then brought home to his wife, (long time EMT /now farmer), who raises the kitten on formula and kitten food. The kitten tells her story of being rescued and loved in her new home, where she has become the pride and joy of her new people parents. She tells of her adventures of playing with other kittens, her human boy and all her barnyard animals on her farm. Thank you, Rhonda Staudt, for being my inspiration.

About the Author

My name is Catherine (Agnes Mary O’Connor) Barrie. I moved to Oklahoma from Long Island, NY, with husband, Peter, back in 2009; formerly a Medical Professional and volunteer EMT. Changing from the medical world, to fulfi ll a dream of owning a working farm. Complete with plans to open a Bed & Breakfast, start a country store;canning home grown vegetables and natural farm raised meats, are now the norm. The world of suburban life has become the world of country life.
