Well, the day finally came for me to go home. I was walkingwell enough by nowand the swelling and bruising was down,and for the most part gone. I remember mom helping me get dressed and getting into the wheelchair as hthey took me downstairs. I told the nurses there goodbye, and went to the elevator. It was a clear bright sunny day, a warm nice day, or it should be in. We had a Dodge truck then, and mom was driving, I was in the middle and my dad was on the passenger side. He was drinking, he had been all morning everything was okay at first. We pulled out of the parking lot and started down the road. I wish that I would if stayed in the hospital. At least there I was safe. He had his bottle in the truck. He started slugging it as soon as we got go. It all started when he started crying and asking me if I was cozy and comfortable and was I hurting, because he was. Then the beating began.

About the Book
Always, is a true story of a boy accused of murder by his father after a terrible car accident killed his sister and left his right arm paralyzed. It’s a journey from birth, through boyhood to manhood and the pain and suffering he had to go through to find the peace of God. His dad was a merchant Marine who was an alcoholic and abusive. His mother was an alcoholic and was obedient to his father. Virginia was the best out of the bunch, and now she was gone. Will was left alone to face a mountain of fear and pain. He had no idea that he did not have to face it alone. Always is a book of hope, hope that things can change when we find the knowledge to change them. And the only knowledge there ever will be. Is that, God is always there, always hears, always answers and always, always, loves us. It’s a story of salvation for a family, not just one person. GOD’s great like that. You will be introduced to a family that was so dysfunctional, yet no one knew that they were dysfunctional. Sin usually hides itself within families that way. God has a way of wiping the sin away and leaving a wonderful functional family. It’s only when the people in the family sees ‘and recognize the sin, find God and ask for forgiveness that the peace, love and joy are found. It will make you laugh, and cry, but most of all it will let you see God in the way He works in people’s lives, for them, with them and through them……………………………………………….. GOD ALWAYS!!!
About the Author
Will Toliver was born in a small town and was one of five children. They were all raised by their parents on a farm. I love my family, was abused by my father but persevered by the grace of God. Love to laugh and am a jokester. Some say, that I hide my pain in laughter. At the age of 11 my life changed forever, and has changed drastically in the last 39 years. The books that I wright are of everyday life. It is a life of hardship and pain. A life of turmoil and struggle with family, friends and GOD. I struggled through life trying to learn, fighting ADHD and my father. I have one brother and two sisters. One sister is with Jesus but I still have two here with me. I'm married to a wonderful wife who supports me and encourages me and sometimes, she says that I ignore her when I'm writing. I want her to know how much she means to me and to thank her for being there. I live now, in South Louisiana with my wife and son. I have a wonderful life and am thankful for the opportunity to write.
