About the Author

Pamela Dombkowski is a mother, wife and 8th Grade English teacher in Kenosha, WI where she graduated from Carthage College with both an undergraduate and Masters degree. She has been teaching middle school English for the last 14 years as an innovative teacher who was honored with the VFW Post 7308 teacher of the year award in 2013. Her most recent endeavor has been creating an environmental awareness club at her school. Pamela has a passion for the environment and a healthy lifestyle. Her and her family can frequently be seen gardening, biking and spending the long summer days enjoying the outdoors. She’s pleased to share her first book with you and honored to leave her footprint in the literary world. Andee Valeri, an English teacher in Kenosha, Wisconsin, is known for filling up the borders of her notebooks, journals, and chalkboards with a variety of doodles. From cuckoo birds to misshapen trees, and metaphysical swirly designs to perfect pears, this has been a way of making any moment into one that is worthwhile. Usually doodling for pleasure, Andee is ecstatic to have her doodles serve a purpose for a few friendly crows.
