About the Author

Nancy Elsberry is a grandmother of five beloved grandchildren. An alumna of Valdosta State University, she holds an education specialist degree in business education and masters level education in English. She taught for thirty-seven years, having been named Business Education Teacher of the Year for the State of Georgia twice, a STAR Teacher, and thrice a finalist for the Commissioner Thursday, October 9, 2014’s Award of Excellence. She currently resides on her family farm of several generations near her hometown of Valdosta, Georgia.
