Mr. Opossum lived in the woods in Paragould, Arkansas, but it was a very, very cold winter. Sometimes he shivered. He decided to look for a warm place to live. Whoopee! He found the perfect location.

About the Author

Maam and Papa had never imagined such an exciting animal adventure. They had experienced all kinds of fun times with horses, cows, goats, rabbits, and other farm animals. However, they had never planned to work with opossums. The opossums had been cute and friendly, but Mr. Skunk, not so much. In fact, Papa made sure the trap door was closed when he stored the trap in the shed.
