About the Book
The fact that I love Teddy bears has little or nothing to do with how this one came to live with me. I'm also a great fan of thrift stores and frequent them often. From time to time, I've been known to collect various and sundry things. At the present time, I adore Teddy bears: large, small, dressed or not. I must have 250 now (or so my husband claims).
About the Author
My name is Carol Ann Cornish, and I am eighty years old. I have been writing stories and poems since I was six years old, but this is my first published endeavor. I am very proud of the story you will be reading. Cle-Dah is a very special teddy bear, who changes color when he is excited or upset. He talks to Jeanette in a very magical way, and I feel you will be able to imagine seeing him as you follow the story along. I wrote this story for our great-grandchildren, of which we have twenty, plus seventeen grandchildren and seven original models. My husband and I will celebrate our fifty years of marriage in 2015. I was born in Seattle, Washington, and now reside about fifty miles from there in Gig Harbor, Washington. Now, enjoy the adventures of Cle-Dah as much as I enjoyed writing about him.
