About the Book

After much thought and even more contemplation, I’ve decided to publish and circulate this book while honoring anonymity. With all due respect to Robert Fulghum, I don't really remember kindergarten, let alone the things I needed and maybe learned. At the age of twenty-seven, I would dare say that the place I started to learn what I really needed, was in the twelve-step program called Alcoholics Anonymous. Better late than never.
