About the Author

Edmund J. Metz (with a BA and MA in economics and psychology, respectively) is a retired corporate executive whose professional career has included being a management trainer, a leadership and executive coach, and a consultant in organizational development/psychology for such leading corporations as Johnson & Johnson, Verizon, CHASE Bank, Charles Schwab, and Exelon. He has guided many executives in building successful business teams, building high-performance work relationships in companies, and developing advanced performance and succession systems. He is the author of numerous articles in professional journals. In this book, he applies his successful coaching techniques to creating step-by-step plan for helping define a pathway to relationship success for men and women wanting to be serious about building a really healthy and more successful relationship foundation.
