About the Author

I am a Counsellor, an expert in Bullying Resolution and a multi award-winning author.

Having suffered at the hands of others, being accused of others misgivings, reputation slandered, bruised, battered, then acquiring a physical disability, I realised I needed to look for the intelligent way to stop bullies. With the statistics are still soaring, showing the lack of proper education, leadership and Justice, I have made it my life's mission to set the record straight. That is, to work as hard as I can, to help bring about realistic positive change World wide so we can all live a life of equality, free from abuse, free from fear, as suggested by the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

I grew up in a domestically violent family, “sibling rivalry” was rife and it didn’t get much better at school either. This was followed by workplace bullying, then into a domestically violent marriage. I lost a dear friend who committed suicide because of a bully. I had an accident that caused a painful physical disability and became even more of a target for bullies. One day, I finally said “ENOUGH”.

I was very dismayed with all the bullying that was going on around me, I was desperate for a way out of this horrible existence. I took some time out to study bullies, to work out why they do it and why they chose me. I sought the answers so that I could become bully free. This journey took me to all sorts of dark places, I went into the bullies minds, trying to understand why they do what they do. Then I read notes from Counselling sessions between a bully and a Psychologist that were “accidentally” left at my house by a bully. Wow, what an awakening I had. I realised just how easy it was for this bully to worm their way into my life and that my life had become a complete lie, it was all about the bully and nothing about me, I had completely lost my identity.

Finding the solutions to bullying was a matter of understanding the bully, then combating everything they do right in the beginning, once I learnt how to do that, no bullies ever got past first base... Now I laugh when they try...

I have made it my mission in life to share my secrets and help victims to become bully free for life.
