About the Book

Controversy, strife, and even death. That is what awaits any who are honorable enough to consider themselves as part of the elite mercenary band called the Silver Guard. About the Author

Silver Guard Book I from the Master of Games Saga marks the first publishing accomplishment for author R. A. Hayden. As an avid reader of science fiction and fantasy novels, it has long been a goal of his to publish his first fantasy novel. After serving in the United States Air Force but now writing from his home in Washington State while attending college to achieve his third degree and chase another dream of being a wildlife conservationist, it has been a long time coming, and the first book of the intended series has been long in work. Waiting in the wings, if the readers so choose to follow these characters, are the second and third books of the series with more to follow.
