Ms. Reynolds also lived on Pine Trail and was a neighbor of Mr. and Mrs. James. Ms. Reynolds lived one mile down the road that headed towards the city. Ms. Reynolds' house was a house with all rooms on one floor, a ranch home. She knew about squirrels storing nuts during fall, and she also knew that the farmers were busy getting their fruits and vegetables from their orchards and fields. Ms. Reynolds also knew that mice would look for warm places to live once winter arrived. Somehow the mice knew when it was going to be a really cold winter.
