Josephine Herndon Fulton was a graduate of McKinley High School in Washington D.C. She also attended Lemuel Penn Career Development Center for journalism and fictional writing, where she published her first book titled "Lloyd the Pretend Astronaut" and also a book of short stories titled "Winning Combinations".
