About the Author

Jolivia Martin is a sixteen-year-old Jamaican author who currently attends Stranahan Highschool. She has been writing since the tender age of eleven. She is passionate about written and spoken word poetry among other types of literature. She writes as a means of expressing herself and ameliorating every aspect of her life, and hopes that others will use her works for the same purpose. She is inspired by her motivation to share her talent and to fill the void for those who aren't as expressive by saying all that many want to say but can't seem to find the words to enunciate.
