About the Book

This is a great exposition on the life of Saint Paul, the great preacher and missionary. There is no doubt that Saint Paul is one of the most imposing New Testament models that impacted modern Christian living. The writer here does not only give an exposition of the life of Paul of Tarsus but, in a very splendid manner, makes him an example of Christian living today—putting together all the ingredients that are found in the life and teaching of Saint Paul. The writer shows in this work that he is a great believer in what Saint Paul says and commands others—to “be imitators of me as I am of Christ.” In this writing, the author beautifully and skillfully demonstrates not only a great familiarity with the man in the Bible, Paul, but also showed a great ability in linking Paul’s spirituality with contemporary Christian living. Drawing a lot of materials from his numerous epistles in the New Testament as well as other sources from both Old and New Testament, this publication is a useful tool in the study of the Christian theology of Saint Paul. The Pauline background of the writer, in addition to his academic competence, is showed in this beautiful work on Saint Paul. For all who aspire to a deeper knowledge of the man of Tarsus called Paul and to those who desire to assimilate his numerous virtues in their lives, this book is a wonderful companion.
