As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I have had the privilege of working alongside people during some of the most challenging and vulnerable moments.

About the Author

Marcia L. Gayle is a Certified Nursing Assistant with over 28 years of healthcare experience. Born and raised in Jamaica, West Indies, she has devoted her life to caring for others with compassion, dignity, and respect. She is a devoted wife, entrepreneur, and co-founder of M&V Event Planning. In her debut book, The Other Side of the Fence, she shares the untold realities of life as a caregiver, offering readers a heartfelt glimpse into the challenges, sacrifices, and rewards of serving those in need.
