A great and inspiring read. This is much more than a book about dealing with an illness. What makes it special is the vibrancy of the characters and their experiences as Goldie travels through Europe, Florida, and New England backroads. The author paints wonderful portraits of her various journeys as characters come and go in her life, all while gracefully weaving in the initially subtle, but gradually relentless effect of MS on her. How she struggles, but finds a way to thrive over it all is a wonderful message. Highly recommend.
