Patrick stood in front of Chloe, put up his hands, and stated, “Laddy, why don't you wander off someplace and leave us alone.” Patrick jumped back with his arms outstretched as the man took a slash at his stomach. He smiled politely then stated, “This is your last warning Laddy why don’t you run along like a good little boy, so you won't get hurt,” Patrick slowly extended his right hand, saying, “This is your last warning, Laddy.” The man launch forward to slash Chloe; Patrick blocked his attack and let go a powerful bolt of lightning from his right hand that scorched the pavement two inches from the man's feet causing him to stumbled backward and fall. He quickly sprang to his feet and dove forward determined to kill Patrick. Patrick's reflexes instantly kicked in and shot a bolt of lightning at the attacker causing him to vaporize as you dove forward. A shocked Chloe put her right hand to her mouth, and stated, “You-you killed him how could you do something like that?”

About the Author
In 1947, Gary was born a pound and a half in a small house in Brooklyn, Nova Scotia, Canada. In 1953, they moved to Bridgeport, Connecticut. He met Lauren, the love of my life, in 1983, and they were married years later. And bought a small condo in Bristol, Connecticut.
One night, Gary had a vivid dream that caught his attention and spurred him to write it down and send it to my sister, T. Jene Brideau, for an interpretation, who was also a writer. She wrote and told him that the story was good. He took her encouragement, and his imagination went to work. That’s when he discovered his God-given talent to write great space adventure stories. From then on, he has self-published over forty-six novels with great reviews.
