About the Book

The books are fables, how to get along in life and how to interact with people of other types and customs. Peppertree is a farm where everyone is like a family, regardless of what type of animal. Carrie Cow is the typical earth Mother, always available to help. Howard Horse is her best friend. They are both found throughout the series.

Several others still in the sketch stage. I also have a few skits.

About the Author

I was born in England and came to Australia at age 12years. I studied for the Opera but decided to get married instead. I went to USA and lived there for 10 years. I had two children, divorced my husband and then met the love of my life. We married and moved to Australia. We had a son together and then moved to the outback where I saw many of the animals I have written about. We moved closer to the city but still a country town and bought a farm “Peppertree Park”. After an accident my husband encouraged me to write the stories that I had been telling the children, thus began the enclosed stories (26 of them). I have been reading the stories in the local library and the parents said their children loved them and kept asking when I would be reading again. I truly hope that my stories can get out to the general public for children to enjoy.
