About the Book

Set early in 2010, an alien intelligence revisits planet earth. While updating his knowledge, he witnesses the birth of a child, Emily. He gifts the child with the ability to communicate telepathically. Emily’s family and friends become embroiled in a fraud being perpetrated by a member of a terrorist cell, that was responsible for bombing London during the early 1970’s. The reader is taken on a thrilling, helter-skelter run through the whole gambit of human emotions. Serious assault, kidnap, murder and political corruption, all boil to the surface, as the terrorists seek to avoid detection and maintain their anonymity.

About the Author

Peter Jenkins was born in Forest Gate, London, towards the end of WW2. A grammar school boy, he has a background in practical mechanical engineering. After several years in the Merchant Navy, he gave it all up to get married. He now has two sons, a daughter, and several grandchildren. Pete spent his middle years as a serving Police Offi cer, and later, as proprietor of his own little taxi company. Now retired, his interests lie in all country pursuits, a factor refl ected in this, his fi rst novel. He is currently writing his autobiography, and the fi rst sequel to Emily.
