About the Author

Carl is a professionally trained hypnotherapist and shamanic practitioner, using counselling and NLP skills in his practice at Mid Sussex Therapies, in his home town of Brighton in England. Carl is commited to CPD and is currently undergoing a 2 year advanced diploma in psychotherapeutic counselling. Carl has a very sensitive and caring nature and has a wonderful voice, which he uses to great effect, not only with his clients but also for the hypnotic recordings that are available on CD, enabling everyone to reap the benefit that hypnotherapy can bring.
