About the Book

The book follows the different stages of a break-up. Starting with the 'break-up' itself and moving onto the 'begging and hope', then to the 'anger' stage, onto ‘acceptance’, before 'moving on'. Finally a '3 years on' section tells of the authors feeling to date. This was written in the hopes that it could guide other people in similar situations safely back to themselves.

About the Author

Seth Jones decided to keep a record of my emotions in going through the ending of a 10 year long marriage. He blamed himself for the breakdown when it was through no fault of his. A cheating partner did that for him. Having also been a severe depressive due to his home-life, he was going through Cognitive behavioural therapy. This lets the person involved confront his feelings and emotions through writing them down, in order to overcome them. The writing turned into poetry and he has never looked back. It is his way of releasing the poison. This book is too give hope too the many people out there who have suffered the same fate. There is a light at the end of the tunnel.
