About the Book

Rumbly Bear has moved to Scotland with his bear-companion, Polly. He finds everything is very strange and hard to understand at first. One day he meets a Scottish black cat with two names, and she helps him to become more Scottish. Together they make a big bold plan and Rumbly has his first adventure on a motor bike.

About the Author

Polly Scott moved to Glasgow in 2004 with her life long companion Rumbly bear (who was not allowed to drive the furniture van by the way). Polly has worked in the NHS since 1986, and before that she was a primary school teacher in a town near Congleton in Cheshire. Her other jobs have included dish-washer/serving wench at Little Moreton Hall, Sports Therapy Remedial Massage, Aerobics Instructor and Lecturer in Further Education.
