About the Book

This book will instill in the reader the hope for an unending, rewarding existence and reduce the foreboding which accompanies tragedies and the prospect of death.

All humans will die and be reborn innumerable times. In each lifetime, when the body and soul are one, the individual’s behavior will determine the quality of his or her next life.

All persons have a soul. The soul is a person’s character. Each soul has had a genesis or beginning. The soul, a person’s identity, is in a continuous state of change. The changes in the soul, for better or for worse, depends on the free will decisions of each individual. A succession of high quality lives ensures an advancement to a more serene future.

No religion is denigrated. No beliefs are belittled.

Mankind’s role in our vast universe and any realm beyond is discussed.

About the Author

Robert Nordli, of Norwegian ancestry, was born in 1923. He was raised as a Christian in a farming community in the mid-west. He was drafted into the Army in 1943, served in the infantry in Europe, was wounded in the Battle Of The Bulge, and was hospitalized for two years before returning to civilian life. He graduated from Iowa State College (now Iowa State University) in 1949. He retired in 1987 after a long career as an aerospace engineer. He and his wife of over 50 years have traveled extensively throughout the world and currently live in southern California near their daughter and grandchildren.
