About the Author

Eduardo Medrano was born in Cochabamba, Bolivia. He studied at Montclair State College, City College, CUNY and at Bank Street College of Education, New York. He now works at Newtown High School and City College. He has published ALUSIONES (poemas) and he is currently working to publish his third book BROWNSTIZO (poems). Mónica Arce Craig lives in Mahopac New York with her husband Steve. She was born in La Paz, Bolivia. She studied Education at the Nomal Adventista in Bolivia. She was a teacher in she, also, holds a Respiratory degree in USA. Painting watercolors began as a hobby and it developed into a full time passion. J. Bernardo Serrano lives in Queens, New York with his family. He was born in Sucre, Bolivia. He studied Architecture at Universidad Mayor Real y Pontificia de San Francisco Xavier, Bolivia, where he discovered his passion for photography. He is currently working as a photojournalist for "Correo del Sur" a daily newspaper in Bolivia's "Grupo Lider". Bernie is also known for his contributions towards spreading Bolivian culture in New York City.
