Th is book is a homage to a world of poetic minded individuals. Individuals that see this world as a curiosity. A world that stylizes this many cultured multitude of territories. Territories that clothe, feed,house, and diff erentiate each other. Th ese customs and varied rituals make up the lines that separate nations, languages, and peoples. Although we may not completely understand each other.We stay transfi xed in our interests in these curiosities. We fi nd ourselves in a plethora of emotions and apathy. We feed each others needs.We fi nd parts of ourselves that we never knew existed. Th is humbles us opens our minds and allows us to see the poetry,art and much diverse delights that make for our world. Th en of course there is putting it to word. I mean I want to understand the varying degrees of this and that. Don’t you? Yes poetry is just that an infi nite language of communicating variety. So let this be a variety show of poetic entertainment for any and all who want to see in Th is unique light.
About the Author
Joseph R funk II was born in the bay area California and raised in the Northwestern United States. A United States disabled veteran and jack of all trades he has studied several years in various universities in America. Joe is a music lover, naturalist, qi gung student, small time inventor, and lover of all surf sports. Joe has dreams of traveling the world, writing a book of his travels, Building a modern self-preservation estate home, and having a family. Joe wants to thank all of his family, friends, teachers, artists, artisans, poets, and tradesmen for enabling and inspiring his creativity in life. Being a patriot and having the realization that he is fortunate beyond measure to be an American is an important facet in his life . Joe wants to especially thank all veterans for their dedication and service to our great country. So many veterans have helped Joe to get through in some difficult times with friendship, stories, and understanding. Joe is donating twenty percent of the proceeds to a homeless veterans of America charity. All of the artists in this book are to be duly noted.
