About the Book
Imagine the Gospels brought to life in Middle America in recent times, with characters, language, and situations as colorful as your neighbors. Jesus of Nebraska is a novel that combines elements of A Prairie Home Companion, TV crime drama, New Thought philosophy, the New Testament, and a healthy dose of family and friendship. In a story that takes you from a rustic village to Manhattan, from corrupt politicians to evangelical bikers, from tears to laughter, from disgust to sympathy, there is the underlying, reassuring message that higher love is the breath of life.
