About the Book

Theory of Conversion Rights, currently version 2.1, discusses the deterioration of governments’ ability to evolve. The discussions are procedures for practical working theories that will balance the governments’ inability to resolve the unwanted concerns which may seem to have no ending, yet really does. Please note that all the policies presented herein must be fully applied for the theories to function correctly. The remedies of this book must not be considered or construed as an order or command. This book is only advise. It takes a while for it to soak in.

About the Author

Paul’s twenty years of experience as an accountant includes, yet is not limited to, business management, taxation, property management, and payroll; as well as, experience in installations of accounting and computerized accounting systems. His experience consists of what he claims as the four economic sectors: retail, wholesale, manufacturing, and service. During his attendance at California State University, Northridge, Paul conducted his own research in accounting and economics while attaining his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with the Accounting Option. Afterwards, Paul continued his research until he concluded his theory.
