The discussions are procedures for practical working theories that will balance the governments’ inability to resolve the unwanted concerns which may seem to have no ending, yet really does. Please note that all the policies presented herein must be fully applied for the theories to function correctly. The remedies of this book must not be considered or construed as an order or command. This book is only advise. It takes a while for it to soak in.
