About the Book

Experiences, feelings, pain, and loved then lost. Poems that come from the deeps of a bleeding heart. Some lessons learned others still learning. Longing for and desires of the heart. Everything happens for a reason but there are many people like me who still wonder why and are scared to let go. Impermanence best describes the type of feelings in each poem. Things are not always what they seem on the outside but only when you look with an open heart you’ll see what’s inside behind the mask. Understanding means nothing to some people but to those who don´t understand themselves understanding means everything.
