About the Book

Serena and Jaffer suddenly find themselves chased by an unknown enemy after foiling an assassination attempt. While killing the enemy, they came upon three words: the Rune gate. They were also told that the job was set up to have them killed by someone they work for. With vital knowledge that the enemy would kill to keep hidden, Serena and Jaffer find themselves running for their lives over whole countries. But no matter where they go, the enemy finds them. Only due to Jaffer’s extreme skills with the blade and magic are they able to survive. Can they evade their pursuers and get to the one who will know what to do with the information they found, or will the obstacles prove too much?
