About the Book

Ducky Do and Ducky Don’t is about a kind hunter that finds two little mallard duck eggs on the riverbank of Cobb Island. Feeling responsible he knows in order for the two eggs to survive he must take them home and care for them. The Story shows a caring humorous relationship between the hunter and the two little ducks, it is about loving, caring and knowing when to let go.

About the Author

The inspiration for Ducky Do and Ducky Don’t came about because my mother was dying from complications of Alzheimer’s. My mother always had a love for little ducks since she grew up on a farm. Also my husband that is deceased now was very ill with Cancer at the time when I wrote the story. When he could not sleep well I would stay up with him and write. With all that was happening all my feelings went to paper and pen.
