About the Author

Brandy Hammond was born with the artistic gift to draw. Brandy’s artistic abilities were evident as a toddler. She has been encouraged to let her art take her places and to always try different mediums. Brandy graduated high school from Toledo School for the Arts majoring in visual arts. Currently, Brandy is a sophomore attending the Cleveland Institute of Art majoring in illustration. Like many proud parents, her mother saved many drawings over the years. This book is only one of those special items saved from Brandy’s fourth grade class at Perry Elementary School located in Lima, Ohio.
