About the Book

Santa Claus thumps down his own chimney after a long Christmas Eve of delivering gifts to all of the children. He falls into an exhausted sleep! All of the elves begin to argue about how to make him feel better.

Mrs. Santa makes a simple plan. She and Cooky prepare Santa's favorite holiday meal. The other elves cut down a lovely pine tree in the forest and then each elf decorates it with one kind of ornament - the one he thinks Santa will like the best. Santa thanks them all for a perfect Christmas Day!
