About the Book

About the Author

Shiv Sharma was born in Shimla, India. After taking his Master’s degree in philosophy from Punjab University he worked briefly as a journalist in Bombay before moving to the United Kingdom. There he worked for some of the top newspapers, including The Daily Telegraph, Daily Mail, The Guardian and the Mirror. His last job was a columnist in London on the Guardian Weekly, a digest of the Guardian, the Washington Post and Le Monde of Paris. He is married and lives in Wilmslow, Cheshire, in the north of England. His first novel, Bombay Wallah, was published in 2000.
