About the Author

Rosalind Guida Brown was born and raised in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the youngest of Guy and Lena’s six daughters. She was first published as a staff writer of The Livewire, McKinley Jr. High School’s student newspaper. She was a guest columnist for the Kenosha News, Kenosha’s daily newspaper, and has written in various fields since earning her bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Marquette University. Brown went on to earn her master’s degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch University. She still lives in Kenosha and believes her mission in life is to help others be the best that they can be.
