About the Book
“This is a personal humanistic account of one man´s experience with cancer. It is basically a message about hope. Hope of recovery, hope for a cure. The author has written about his traumatic life experience, describing his feelings and his thoughts as he battles the disease. If it helps others face similar crises in their own lives, and makes them realize they are not alone, it will have accomplished a worthy purpose. If it reinforces the medical community´s desire to resurrect the "art" of medicine, the book may perhaps touch far more lives than the author intended.” (Jerry J. Zarriello, M.D.)
